Terms of use
What you are agreeing to
Plain terms for a product that refuses more often than it acts. Last updated 7 September 2026.
What the service is
TradeOrSkip provides systematic market analytics and decision-support tools for NSE cash equities.
TradeOrSkip reads NSE cash-equity market data after each close and publishes a market stance, a sector ranking, and any setups that pass every gate. Where a setup qualifies it states an entry, the level that invalidates it, and a position size derived from capital you declare. The method is public.
What it is not
- Not investment advice
- It does not know your circumstances, your other holdings, your tax position or your goals, and it does not recommend that you buy anything. Every decision to act is yours.
- Not a registered adviser or research analyst
- TradeOrSkip is not registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst or Investment Adviser.
- Not a promise of returns
- No performance figures, win rates or backtest curves are published here, because the system has not run long enough for any of them to mean anything. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong.
- Not a broker
- It holds no funds and no securities. Where automated execution is enabled it places orders through your own broker account, under your own credentials.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, legally able to trade Indian securities, and using your own account. One person, one account.
What you are responsible for
- Your trades
- Every order is yours — the ones you place by hand and the ones automated execution places under your instruction. You are responsible for whether a trade suits you.
- Your stops
- A stop shown here is a number in this product. It is not an order at your broker. This product never places an exit, a stop-loss or a target order.
- Your capital figure
- Position sizes are computed from the capital you declare. Declare a figure you can actually risk; the arithmetic cannot tell whether you have.
- Your credentials
- Your broker key, secret and password are yours to protect. Keep automated execution off unless you have read what it does.
Automated execution
Automated execution is a separate, opt-in mode and is disabled by default. Its permissions, limits, order behaviour and how to stop it are published in full. Enabling it is an instruction from you, recorded with the exact wording you agreed to and the time you agreed to it.
Availability, and the beta
The product is in a founding beta. It is free, no card is held, and nothing is charged automatically when the beta ends. Features can change and readings can be delayed or missed — a scheduled run can fail, and when it does the product says so rather than publishing something to fill the space.
Material changes to the rules behind a reading are recorded on the method page. Changes to these terms are dated at the top of this one.
Limits of liability
Trading involves risk of loss. Decisions taken using this product are yours, and TradeOrSkip is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or losses arising from data that is late, incomplete or wrong. Investments in securities are subject to market risks; read all related documents carefully before investing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction and venue are deliberately not narrowed further here. That clause, and the classification question the disclosures already flag — whether an output naming a security with an entry and a stop is research under SEBI’s Research Analyst Regulations — are for Indian securities counsel to settle before paid access opens. Nothing on this page asserts an answer to either.
